Lead Management System

LMS – Lead Management System is the result of extensive experience gained in the development of Technical Publications and Software for Military and Civil applications in the AerospaceRailway and Industrial sectors.

Starting from the Technical Design Data, the LMS system provides Configuration Management, WEB Management/Visualization of Technical Publications, and Maintenance Management to perform Maintenance Procedures, storing maintenance data in a dedicated database in accordance with the S1000D standard for Aerospace and the DTLS 300/400 standard for Railway applications.

WHAT IS IT?

LMS-Engine allows the production, management, and editing of Technical Publications. It includes Import/Export functions that allow integration with other systems, according to various standards.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The data in the LMS Engine system is organized according to the Common Source Dbase logic and allows various links to the system modules. All functions/data of the system are organized into three different "Main Sections":

General Functions/Data.
This section includes the system modules where general data is loaded/managed, which can be selected, linked, or inserted as a reference. In this section, information is managed to limit discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and additional reprocessing during the creation of the Technical Publications life cycle.

▸ Technical Publications Data.
This section includes the system modules where Technical Publications data is loaded/managed.

▸ Maintenance and Production.
In this section, currently in its Final Test phase, it includes all Maintenance data (Times, Tools, Materials, Spare parts, etc.) as managed in the LMS Maintenance System. A dedicated Import function allows importing data from the LMS Maintenance system to the LMS Engine system, allowing the verification/modification of project data to update Technical Publications based on the data received from the User.

WHAT IS IT?

LMS-Maintenance manages the Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of a system together with the related Cost Analysis. The application uses export data from the LMS-Engine system and allows the display of a Technical Publication according to various standards.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The LMS-Maintenance system uses data from Technical Publications for the management and maintenance activities. It includes the "Data Import" function that allows the import of Maintenance Procedures directly via dbase from the LMS-Engine system, which will be used to perform Maintenance Activities.

Together with the Maintenance Procedures, all information related to the procedures is imported, such as Tools, Spare Parts, Materials, and the expected Maintenance Skills of the technicians, as indicated directly in the applicable Technical Publications.

The LMS-Maintenance system includes the "Viewer Function" that allows the display of Technical Publications via the WEB, using directly the data present in the Dbase in accordance with the different applicable Standards.

Thanks to the export functions, the system is able to manage the data of Technical Publications coming from the LMS Engine System database. Furthermore, a next version of this application will include the display of CMM-Component Maintenance Manuals in PDF format as well as "linked" to the respective equipment in the LMS Engine System.

WHAT IS IT?

LMS Palm is an application designed for mobile technology and can be installed on tablets and laptops. It works with the LMS Maintenance system and allows maintenance procedures to be carried out directly from the technician's tablet/palm (even without an internet connection, using RFID tags) and update maintenance data without the use of paper maintenance cards.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Once the maintenance procedure is completed, the data can be automatically transferred to the LMS Maintenance system.
